Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at 12:23PM Today, we received a letter in our mail box. It did not have anyone's name on it, but it was a letter regarding our customer service. We would like to thank whoever sent in this letter to us, and we will work harder to improve our customer service even further.
The letter reads:
Dear Manager,
I wanted to commend (U.S.) Beauty Mart on your Excellent Customer Service. The other Asian shops in the area don't understand English well and they are extremely rude. Thank you for your respect and knowing how to treat your customers. I will forever recommend people to your shop.
